Terms and Conditions
On Hobbii.co.uk we describe the main qualities of the item. For further product information or queries, please send an email to Hobbii.co.uk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices are daily rates and are only valid on the day of ordering. The prices are regulated on an ongoing basis - often from day to day. Provided that Hobbii accepts and confirms the order, the customer is invoiced the specific daily rate. All our prices are in GBP and local taxes are included when applicable.
The presentation of an item and price on Hobbii.co.uk is not a binding offer, simply a prompt to make an offer. The customer’s placement of an order on Hobbii.co.uk does not make a binding confirmation, only a request for Hobbii.co.uk to acquire the item on the stated terms and conditions. A binding agreement between the customer and Hobbii.co.uk has not been made until Hobbii.co.uk accepts the offer from the customer by issuing an order confirmation.
The payment information entered at check-out will be encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to NETS while only readable by you and NETS. Nobody else will be able to access or save your data. If you use a Dankort or a credit card, the amount will be drawn from your account when the order is shipped from Hobbii.co.uk.
We accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard.
Vouchers and Gift Certificates
We may occasionally have giveaways for vouchers, such as when you sign up for our newsletter. The winner will be notified directly at the email address provided to us. This voucher does not have an expiration date.

Claims must be made within a reasonable amount of time after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item as soon as possible upon receipt.
Disclaimer and Warranty
Hobbii.co.uk is not liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred due to the late delivery of items, or the ordered items being faulty, if the delay or faults are attributed to the actions or omissions of the customer, or conditions out of Hobbii.co.uk’s control, e.g.war, uprisings, riots, fire, government interventions, sequestration, currency restrictions, any form of labour disputes, including strikes and lockouts, etc.
Hobbii.co.uk does not provide any separate warranties for the ordered items, and the customer is only entitled to make use of the warranties issued by the manufacturer.
Cancellation Right and Return Policy
You have a statutory cancellation right within 14 days beginning with the day you received your order, and a further 14 days to return the items. At Hobbii.co.uk we have chosen not to have an expiry date. We will gladly make the refund of your order even if you made the purchase 1 year ago! Should you wish to make a return, it is under the condition that:
The item is returned in a safe manner at your own expense.
If your package requires payment for a customs charge and handling fee, kindly note that we do not take care of these charges and the customer is therefore responsible. If in the event the customer refuses to accept these charges, a refund will not be issued and our regular return policy will therefore apply.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be unused and complete. An item is considered used if it has been used for more than what can be considered as normal testing as if bought in a physical shop. The customer has a right to return an order, even if the item has been used, but the packaging and item must remain presentable and suitable for resale. If the returned items deviate from the above conditions, we reserve the right to reduce the reimbursement according to Danish legislation.
Always remember to contact our customer support before you return an item, or the processing of your return may be delayed.
The amount will always be returned on the credit card you used to process the payment initially.
Items returned without postage or COD, will not be accepted. If you return items, please use mail services – and not any other carrier, because it will make it impossible to track the parcel if it should disappear while being returned. Please package the item properly and enclose a copy of the invoice and please state clearly that you wish to make use of your cancellation right, and wish to have the price of the item returned. We recommend that you return items marked as delicate goods with the mail services.
Please note: If you would like to suddenly cancel your order, please contact our customer support team to ask if this is possible. If the order has not been processed for shipment, then we will be able to cancel it for you. Otherwise, if it is already processed, then you must return that package back yourself in order to receive a refund for the order.
