Super easy pattern for a great shawl. Once you have the pattern memorised it’s a single row repeat so very relaxing. I do agree with a previous reviewer, re: the pictures to see where to put the two stitches but really easy when you realise. I have not finished yet due to the fact I have so many other things on the go. Also using a gradient yarn with a lurex strand ( not the easiest yarn to use ) but it’s a present for a friend and she likes a bit of bling. I do have some cotton kings yarn though so will definitely make another of these shawls.

Super easy pattern to follow, and thanks to the pictures I quickly worked out where I was going wrong. Once I realised that the two doubles go in the middle of the two from the last round rather than between each pair, it was easy. Still making my shawl at the moment, but it's very effective with such a simple stitch. Once the foundation rows are done, its the same stitch on every row .

A beautiful, and easy pattern to follow. The results are a gorgeous texture, that drapes really well, and looks stunning. Quick to make, and addictive, I made 2 in a week! The repetitive pattern, means you can sit and watch TV, whilst not having to keep checking what the next row will be.

An easy pattern with simple pictures to follow and simple written instructions. Excellent for a beginner like myself new to crotchet as one row repeat.
Quick and easy with the appearance of an intermediate level.
