Universe Sock Wool is a sought after addition to our popular Hobbii Universe series. Now it will also be possible to knit socks with the beautiful colorways that you know from Hobbii Universe.

Universe Sock Wool is made of superwash-treated wool of really good quality with long fibers. It is combined with polyamide, which provides an optimal balance between comfort and durability, some of the most important properties of sock yarn. A thin polyester thread gives the yarn its characteristic glitter effect.

The result is unparalleled when you knit socks in Universe Sock Wool. Universe is characterized by its long color gradients, which provide a fun knitting experience and last but not least a fantastic and unique result.

The colors of the yarn are nicely complimented by the accompanying glitter thread, which is selected to match the colors of the yarn. It creates a stylish glitter effect without too much contrast, so the yarn still retains its elegant look. The glitter thread is quite thin, and although the effect is clear, the thread is not felt when you are dancing in your socks.
