The Sunny Bat Sweater is a really soft and lovely light warm sweater. I love the batwing sleeves, which not only look great, but also make the sweater really comfortable to wear.
The circumference stated is on the finished sweater, so measure yourself and decide which size fits you best, in terms of how loose or tight you want it to be.

The chest and hip circumferences have such a large variation because of the batwing sleeves.
