This pattern was a joy to make - easy to follow and my finished rattle looked like the picture on the pattern. I embroidered eyes as the bug was a present for a baby and I'm not a fan of safety eyes. I don't usually use cotton yarn as it hurts my hands but this Rainbow yarn has converted me, it's lovely and soft without being fluffy - my rattle had a lovely smooth finish to it, perfect for a 5 month old baby.
