After several tries, Bolcheværk finally succeeded in making a sugar free hard candy that tastes just like regular caramel. They added a little sea salt resulting in a delicious flavour profile, perfectly balanced with the sweet taste from the cream aromas. 

The candy mass is stretched less than usual to make the candies a little more porous than our other flavours.
The creamy caramel sea salt candies are - like all our other products - made completely without sugar. Instead of sweetening our candies with sugar, we use extract from stevia leaves that are extremely sweet.
