I have made this pattern and have some concerns about sizing. With the exact same yarn and hook making the 55-56cm size it came out much bigger. The circumference of the top is just over 17cm. I had to eliminate the last 2 rows to have it measure correctly. The final hat size measures at 66cm.I have dropped down to a 2.5mm hook size and am trying it again. I don't typically have a problem with tension, even trying to tighten up the stitches hasn't helped. Any tips or tricks?
The texture is gorgeous I do love it.
