Honey Bunny Shine is a super bulky velour yarn made out of 100% polyester with a sprinkle of tiny glitters to it. The thin glittery strands are very subtle and blend seamlessly in the structure of the chenille yarn. This yarn is so soft that the glitter can hardly be felt, so feel free to use it for garments/toys for children as well.
It can be both knitted, using 6 mm (US 10) knitting needles, or crocheted with a 7 mm (US K-10.5) hook and will be ideal for tight and easy types of stitches. The color palette is varied with both subdued and bright colors for you to choose from.
This chunky chenille yarn can be turned into a lovely sparkly garment: sweaters, cardigans, beanies, and scarves, just to name a few, as well as home decor projects such as cuddly pillow covers, blankets, and comfy poufs. Anything that could use a playful yet eye-catching touch to it.

Never tried velour yarn before. I chose this yarn for a charity knitting challenge to make Xmas themed hats. The sparkle is very subtle, the drape soft and squishy and it is chunky but very light.
It is so easy to work with but remember to follow the tip to knot the loose ends. My only issue has been that you cannot make pom-poms due to the way the yarn has been constructed… but this is a minor problem and does not detract from the other qualities that I have described.

I didn't think it was possible to make anything cuter than honey bunny but honey bunny shine may have taken over as number 1 in my favourite yarns! The shimmer is so subtle that it gives this beautiful sheen to it without taking away from the softness of honey bunny. All they need to do is match the colour range of honey bunny!
