Honey Bunny Candy is a super bulky velour yarn made out of 85% polyester and 15% polyamide. The chenille’s silky and smooth texture has now gotten a sprinkle of rainbow neon flecks running around the main polyester thread.
It can be both knitted, using 6 mm (US 10) knitting needles, or crocheted with a 7 mm (US K-10.5) hook and will be ideal for tight and easy types of stitches. The color palette is varied with both subdued and bright colors for you to choose from. All the shades available can be matched with all our Honey Bunny products, so this variant will also work great as vibrant detail in your project.
Honey Bunny Candy can be turned into a lovely garment: sweaters, cardigans, beanies, and scarves, just to name a few, as well as home decor projects such as cuddly pillow covers, blankets, and comfy poufs.
Pro tip: tie a knot when starting and finishing your skein or carefully burn its endings to secure the loose fibers in your project after weaving them in.

I loved using this yarn! It's the main honey bunny yarn twisted with a pom-pom strand so you also have the flexibility of untwisting and separating the two if you ever wish to (like if you want to make use of just the honey bunny strand for some embroidery work or if you want just the pompom strand for an accent piece). I only wish that those neon colors you see in the pompom strand were also their own line of Honey Bunny yarn. (new line called Honey Bunny Bright or Honey Bunny Neon maybe? 👀)

I used the midnight blue to make the Snugglephant. The flecks of colour really pop. Although it was fairly difficult to see the stitches, I could feel my stitches so didn't miss any. The lighter colours would be easier to use, but the blue looks great and is worth that little bit more effort!
