ABOUT THE PATTERN

Evelyn Socks are feminine and can be made in sizes EU 35-44 / US 5.5-12. The socks are worked from the leg down with a ribbing at the top. After the ribbing, the socks are worked in stockinette stitch with a Celtic cable pattern on the upside of the foot.

The heel is shaped by means of a heel flap with a gusset. The toe is a band toe where you decrease until 6-8 stitches remain and then pull a tapestry needle through the active stitches to close the hole.
