I love crocheting for babies and kids. There are so many wonderful patterns out there that are sure to melt their hearts - even the adults, too 😉
I especially love crocheting pacifier clips, because it’s a quick project that has great benefits for a family with little kids. There were many things I was unsure of when I made my first clip, so I have made it easier for you to get started.

IMPORTANT! Because of strangulation hazard, the pacifier clip may never be longer than 22 cm, including the clip and adapter. Be careful if the string can be extended when tugged, and in that case make it shorter than 22 cm.

Pacifier Clips in Single Rib pattern

Single rib is a lovely pattern that is made up of varying front post double crochet and back post double crochet stitches. The pattern texture makes it thick and extra durable. It’s crocheted in our  Rainbow 8/4 cotton yarn. Choose any clip that will suit the baby - we have clips shaped like bunnies, police cars, ladybugs, or even space rockets

You can choose an adapter or O-ring to attach the pacifier. Read below if you need help attaching the adapter or O-ring.

Pacifier Clips in basketweave pattern

Basketweave consists of a combination of front post double crochet and back post double crochet stitches that interweave and create a beautiful pattern. We have chosen our Rainbow 8/4 cotton yarn, but another great choice would be our yummy Rainbow Organic 8/4 that is GOTS certified (Nr. 2017-057) which makes it perfect for baby and kids’ projects.
