I'm not an expert at crochet but still learning and found this quite easy to do. Also made the snowman and made up the elf and baby grandson coasters. Really enjoyed the project, doesn't take long and with great results.

Pretty straight forward pattern so suitable for beginners. I didn’t have oatmeal in cotton 8/8 so I used two strangers of friends cotton 8/4. Turned out perfect.
