Friends Ribbon is a super bulky, 100% cotton yarn with the structure of a flattened tubular yarn. It is soft, versatile, flexible, and resistant.
The color selection is our famous Friends one. This means that also Friends Ribbon can be mixed and matched with other yarns from the same line.
Friends Ribbon is ideal for interior projects such as: baskets, place mats, pot holders, pillow covers, carpets, as well as bags, and totes.
It is machine washable at 30°C (86°F), therefore suitable for day-to-day used items.

I love this material! It's perfect for placemats and coasters, and works up so quickly! Planning on a set for a family member and I think I'll get them done in no time! Gorgeous range of colours too, I've ordered more to make a rug! Hobbii has some lovely patterns for ribbon too! HIGHLY recommended!

This is a dream to crotchet with, works up quickly but is so soft. The colours are great and it washes well. Will definitely be using again, I think a ribbon afghan is on the cards.

Slightly unwieldy as it twists which is not a concern with other yarn but the ribbon is flat so it is very obvious. I had to tie it round and drop it so it untwisted periodically which was annoying. Really nice to work with other than that though.
