Another lovely pattern from Hobbii. Very easy to follow and love the wool Sultan Deluxe. My only suggestion is that as it is a baby blanket could the wool be more pastel shades, don’t know the sex of the baby so chose Royal Amethyst as it would be fine for a boy or girl. However I guess the ombre look might not work so well in pastel shades!

Although this pattern is tagged "experienced", I'm a beginner to crochet and found it easy to follow and memorise. I used Sultan Pastello which is slightly less yarn than the Deluxe cakes, and managed to get 22 rows of shells vs. 23 that the pattern calls for. I had a lot of fun with this project and would do it again!

This was my first crochet project, and the instructions were super easy to understand, so glad there were pictures included! I love the look of the shells and it was quicker to work up than I expected. This is my new go-to for baby blankets now.

Really easy pattern to follow the pictures were really helpful. I used a rainbow sultan and it turned out perfect!!! Really loving the free crochet patterns and definitely great for new learners x

This is such a beautiful pattern and easy to follow. There's no reason why the pattern couldn't be followed usind Dk or aran weight to make a full-sized blanket
