This is literally the pattern I’ve been looking for! I wanted to make my mum a beautiful headband that had the twist at the front like this one. It came out exactly as shown in the picture! I used a 10mm hook and some purple chunky yarn. For anyone who asks… yes I had to do A LOT of measuring! If you wanted to try this and your a beginner this would be the perfect pattern to do!

Super pattern - I used whatever yarn I had - a thicker one and a thin one, in many different colour ways. Once I’d started I couldn’t stop! A great way to spend an evening in front of the telly. The first one I did the wrong stitch - ie double crochet instead of half treble - and it came out narrower - but still a lovely effect. I’ve made eight now!

Used a 4.5mm hook to make this using the Hobbii Nynne Headband instructions - I thought that using all black would make the twist disappear so added white to it for contrast. It doesn’t suit me but I’m sure I’ll make the same headband using some other colours!

I love this pattern! It's quite easy to understand even for me, a 12 year old! I made this as a gift for my mother and she thinks it's very comfy and warm! I would definitely recommend this for a beginner if you know how to do the basic stitches!

This is a great pattern and very easy to follow. I crocheted it in a multi coloured yarn which came out beautifully. I will be making more that’s for sure!
