It is time for a delicious and warm cup of tea with our Tea Time, a delightful 100% acrylic cake yarn that offers a twist to any crafting experience.

Tea Time varies slightly in thickness, going from thicker to thinner, resulting in a charming texture and adding a subtle surprise element to your project making it one of a kind.

The palette pays homage to the diverse flavors of tea around the world with each shade named after one of our most beloved varieties. The colors are mainly earthy and wintery, all switching to brighter and more vibrant hues within the same cake. The color transitions will make you start thinking of beautiful throws, ponchos, long scarves, and cozy cardigans. The whopping 580 m (634 yds) per cake will get you a long way.

Its medium thickness will make it easy to knit or crochet with Tea Time and the possibility of washing the final item in the machine gives this yarn a lot of versatility.

With Tea Time, your crafting journey becomes a creative tea party, and every project will be a delicious blend of colors, textures, and imagination.

I bought the Hibiscus shade of this super soft yarn. I find it extremely easy to crochet with—no splitting or sticking to the crochet hook at all. I agree with other reviewers that it is on the lighter side of Worsted but still thicker than many DK-weight yarns. It is also very forgiving if your stitches aren't quite as neat as they should be due to the beautiful variegation! I have finished one side of an XL-size, hip-length Hexi cardigan with one complete ball. I imagine the whole cardigan will take three balls to complete. I am incredibly pleased with this yarn and will be buying more in different shades for future projects.

I haven't actually finished my project, but I'm working on a crochet sweater in the Herbal, no 09, colourway. It's beautiful! Lovely and soft. Very very slight difference in the thickness of the yarn throughout, but works up looking very even. The colour is great and is coming out in lovely soft colour changes. I bought several "cakes" to make sure I had enough, and I think I've gone a bit overboard, as it seems to last forever!

Jacquie

Very soft with beautiful colours, they change nicely. 2 ball for my jumper project as I'm making a large size. Great value yarn . Not a true Aran, a bit thinner but still gorgeous. I bought 5 of the colours and love them all..♥️

Harriet

Oh my gosh!! I am in love with this yarn! It works up beautifully on the needles, the colour I got is gorgeous, I got 3 skeins and I will definitely be coming back for some other colours for more winter projects!

Ordered a few colours as soon as they were introduced on Facebook live shopping, and I just received them today. I have already started a project and so far I am loving it. Ordered some more colours.
